MIA?!?

Yeah, so I'm around. Rich's mom and sister were here visiting for several days last week/weekend so I'm just now getting around to getting online some. We had a good time, watching the Royals beat the Yankees (much to Rich's family's dismay...), eating some good food and hitting Worlds of Fun.

Now it's my parents who will be visiting. Who knew we were so popular? :)

In other news--I am up to 5.5 pounds lost. QHEE! Counting every calorie really can make a difference, huh? I just feel so much better with even just the 5 pounds. It's been just over 5 weeks and I'm hoping that I can keep it up.

One last thing. I've been playing some Kitty Cannon (don't play if you have a love for cats...I'm just warning you). It's somewhat addictive. And slightly gross. But hey, I'm weird.... ;)
